Designed by Student Minds, a UK-based NGO specializing in mental health in higher education, Peer Support is a peer-led program for students who are experiencing low mood or mild depression symptoms.

Attendance to any or all of the weekly group sessions is voluntary. Both the Peer Support facilitators (students trained by IEU Counseling) and interested students interact in a safe space that values confidentiality and non-judgment.

The six-week program runs online once each semester (October-November and February-March).
